At Thuuya Oils, we carefully pack every order to ensure your products reach you safely and in good condition.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping or tracking information through the contact details provided while placing the order, wherever applicable.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

• Delivery location

• Courier service availability

• Public holidays

• Weather conditions

• Transportation or logistical delays

• Other circumstances beyond our control

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Thuuya Oils cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once the order has been handed over to the courier partner.

Shipping Address

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct PIN code and contact number, while placing an order.

Thuuya Oils will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, broken, or in an unusable condition, please record a continuous unpacking/unboxing video before opening the package.

The video must clearly show:

• The unopened package

• Shipping label

• Complete unpacking process

• Condition of the product after opening

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the unpacking video and your order details.

Refund eligibility for damaged products will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, regional restrictions, natural events, or other logistical issues.
